We are looking for a Customer Success Executive, whose main task is to execute and support the process from the start of the implementation until account manager of our customers, with the main goal of making them fans of the product we offer!

What does a Customer Success Executive do?

Our client Solutions 4 Delivery is looking for a Geman speaking Customer Success Executive. Their customer success team delivers their success to the partners. Providing them with the best service and advice. Making the implementation and use of their products a success throughout the partner’s chain. The Customer Success Executive supports the implementation plan, helps in the creation of content, installing the software on-site, and training staff of our international customers. The Customer Success Executive handles second-line support tickets on a daily basis and handles feature requests to increase the value their product delivers.

Helping their partners succeed to take advantage of the limitless digital opportunities, communicating how S4D will help them grow.

• Experienced in German

• Pre: Experience in the food delivery branch
